What Sets ProGrade Apart from Other Card Grading Services
ProGrade stands out in sports card grading with personalized service, educational support, and access to premium grading options. Find out why collectors trust ProGrade.
What Sets ProGrade Apart from Other Card Grading Services
When it comes to grading sports cards, collectors often turn to well-known services like GameStop or PSA’s drop-off options. However, ProGrade stands out by offering a more personalized, hands-on experience that makes the sports card submission process smoother and more trustworthy for its customers.
Personalized Attention at Every Step
ProGrade sets itself apart by focusing on the individual needs of each collector. Unlike larger, more automated card grading services, ProGrade assigns a Card Specialist to every submission. This ensures that your cards are handled with care and that you’re always informed about their progress. You’re never just a number—ProGrade treats every card with the attention it deserves throughout the entire sports card grading process.
Clear Communication and Transparency
One of the biggest advantages of using ProGrade is the constant, open communication throughout the card grading process. You’ll always know where your cards are, with updates and clear timelines. Whether you’re new to card grading services or a seasoned collector, ProGrade keeps you in the loop, making sure you feel confident every step of the way.
Access to More Grading Options
ProGrade also gives collectors access to higher submission levels and a wider range of grading options. You can choose from top grading companies like PSA, ensuring that your cards get the best possible attention. This flexibility helps you make the right choice based on your budget and goals for sports card grading.
Educational Support and Pre-Grade Assessments
Another standout feature of ProGrade is its educational support. Before submitting cards, collectors can take advantage of pre-grade assessments, where a Card Specialist reviews your items and gives you advice on what to expect. ProGrade also offers one-on-one consultations to help you better understand grading, improve your cards' condition, and make more informed decisions during the sports card submission process.
Honest Insight and Customer Support
ProGrade prides itself on honest feedback and reliable service. They provide realistic expectations based on the condition of your cards, helping you avoid surprises. Their customer service is consistent and helpful, making the entire grading experience smooth and stress-free.
Conclusion: Why Choose ProGrade?
ProGrade’s personalized service, clear communication, and educational support make it the smart choice for collectors who want more than just a grading label. Whether you're submitting a single card or an entire collection, ProGrade offers a unique, customer-first experience that puts your needs first and ensures your cards receive the best care possible in the world of sports card grading.

Discover the Cost-Saving Benefits of ProGrade Card Services
Did you know that you can save money using ProGrade Card Services? Clients can save considerable cash thanks to ProGrade’s unique model, which allows customers to get the most value for their dollar.
Group Submissions: A Smart Way to Save
The first major cash-saving factor is ProGrade’s group submissions. Clients can submit as many cards as they like—whether it’s one card or a hundred.
“As a Group Submitter, we meet the minimum card requirements necessary to receive special discounts, so clients never have to worry about meeting the minimum criteria or paying a membership fee,” said Jay Davis, ProGrade’s Trading Card Specialist.
Save on Shipping Costs
Additionally, by joining a ProGrade group submission, clients save money on Returned Insured Shipping, which typically ranges from $20 to $60, depending on the grading company and submission declared value.
Pre-Grading: Protect Your Investment
Another money-saving aspect that ProGrade’s customers appreciate is the ability to pre-grade their cards before committing to the grading process. This helps mitigate the risk of receiving a low overall grade.
"The ProGrade card service was a game-changer for my sports card collection. It provided expert insights that helped me maximize the condition and value of my cards before sending them for official grading. It also saved me hundreds of dollars that might have been wasted on possibly submitting for lower grades,” said Adam Engdahl, a satisfied client.
Exclusive Discounts for PSA Submissions
Finally, as a PSA dealer and Club Member, ProGrade receives discounts on PSA submissions.
“Even when taking into account ProGrade's submission fee of $4, you still pay less than if you were to submit on your own. Even if you include a ProGrade pre-grade, you still pay less than submitting on your own,” Davis added.
By leveraging ProGrade Card Services, you can maximize your savings and enhance the value of your trading cards.
