The legendary football star Jim Thorpe is also featured in the 1933 Sport Kings set. You can own this first official football card of Thorpe's career. Thorpe, a groundbreaking Native American athlete, was an Olympic gold medalist and one of the most versatile athletes in sports history, excelling in football, baseball, and track and field.

There were only three football cards in the 1933 set: Notre Dame head coach Knute Rockne, college and NFL Hall of Famer Red Grange, and Jim Thorpe.

Pele
